Alarm - Client Computing

Get system alarms directly in your mail box with the Alarm-module. Sends out an alarm if there is an error in the system. Gives security regarding systems operations.

At Client Computing, we are concerned with the reliability of our systems. We know that our customers do not always have equal opportunity to follow up in a hectic schedule, but you would still be confident that the systems are fully operational. We've made it easier to have a full overview, even if you do not sit in front of the server. The Alarm module is an excellent way to maintain control in everyday life.

With this module, you now have the ability to set two different alarms on the EDI server.

1. You can set the system to send you an alarm if a message has failed - red message. The alarm can be set up from users defined in the system, which is the message responsible for each message type. So we can distinguish who the alarms will go to if the error occurs.

2. You can set the alarm to warn of system failure to a system administrator, or Client Computing Support if wanted.
