GreenInvoice Hotel
The eInvoice hotel is our communication channel of all electronic invoices that have been generated. Invoice hotel can be linked to the customer information system, for effective and purposeful dialogue on the customer's premises. We take responsibility for receiving, file conversion, quality control and distribution in the different channels. With a standard-use tool you can even create and edit the layout of the invoice templates. Through the eDialogue module, can segmentation of customer information based on demographics, consumer groups and so on, be easily handled.

GreenInvoice Private (B2C)
We send the giro section "in your invoice details to the Bank Payment Central, which on behalf of their client updates the bank with- amount, account number, due date and payment reference. For then send confirmation email to the customer.

In order for the customer to see the invoice details, we present invoice in the Invoice Hotel in the design and content you have defined.

GreenInvoice Business (B2B)
To companies we deliver electronically invoices as a file for direct import into their client's account system. Along with the file, we can also send the PDF of the invoices. With this solution you can exchange electronic invoices with all businesses, both inbound and outbound - through a connection point. This reduces the cost of production and mailing of its own invoices and eliminates post-processing of incoming invoices. We participate in B2B Connect Collaboration, a Norwegian network of system suppliers whose purpose is to create a common network for B2B electronic invoicing in Norway (roaming). From 2012, national corporations, government health authorities, and municipalities and municipal companies, only accept suppliers who can offer B2B electronic invoice.
